William Mellor practices primarily in commercial and civil litigation. He has experience in a wide range of disputes including contractual, tortious, consumer protection, and intellectual property disputes. He acts in complex litigation, including class action proceedings.

William provides pro bono assistance to eligible parties through JusticeNetĀ and theĀ Arts Law Centre of Australia.

His tertiary qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice and a Bachelor of International Studies (French) both from Flinders University, a Master of Laws from the University of Adelaide, and he is currently studying towards a Master of Laws (Intellectual Property) at the University of Melbourne.
